Order Processing

Most Motor Merch Co products are made or prepared after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, order volume, and availability.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Motor Merch Co works with multiple production and fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple products, your items may be produced or shipped from different locations.

Because of this, you may receive your order in more than one package and on different delivery dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping notification is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact Motor Merch Co as soon as possible at motormerchco@gmail.com.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur and may be outside the control of Motor Merch Co.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, your package arrives damaged, or you believe your shipment has been lost, contact us at motormerchco@gmail.com and we will help investigate the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
